MEET ANDY

Andy originally hails from the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. When he relocated to Atlanta, Andy immediately fell in love with the culture, charm, and architecture of Atlanta's historic Intown neighborhoods. Ultimately, he purchased in the East Atlanta area and historically restored his own 1920's bungalow in Kirkwood. His restoration was then featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Andy also has a handful of investment properties that serve as Airbnb and rental properties. Despite how fulfilling these projects can be, they take a backseat to Andy's true passion: bringing peace of mind to both home-buyers and sellers – cementing the union of the perfect house with the perfect people.

Andy specializes in using history and market knowledge to best serve his clients in navigating the real estate market, Atlanta neighborhoods, and the home-buying process with a stress-free, hands on approach.

Besides his career ventures and working on his house, Andy also runs a small hobby business selling eggs from his flock of laying hens: Postage Stamp Farm.

Andy also dabbles in Civil War Living History events and is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association and the national Farmers Market Coalition.
